Tasty Thursdays is a weekly blog challenge where you get to think back on your week and pick the tastiest thing you ate. It can be for any meal, homemade or store-bought. Feel free to share a picture, a recipe, or where you got it from!
For my first week doing this challenge, I’m going to showcase my Thanksgiving leftovers creation: Turkey-Cranberry Wraps. Sadly, I didn’t snap a picture before I gobbled it up, but here’s the basic recipe:
1 flour tortilla
1-2 slices Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce, mashed (amount to personal taste)
1/4 to 1/2 cup leftover turkey, shredded
Small amount turkey gravy, to personal taste
Warm the turkey and gravy and mix together until well coated. Spread the turkey mixture down the center of the flour tortilla, then spread the mashed cranberry sauce down the center of the turkey mixture, adding more to taste. Fold the ends of the tortilla to cover the end edges of the filling, then roll to create a wrap. Enjoy!
