Trea’s Freedom Friday-A chance to just write in my blog

I’ve decided to try to make sure I write in the blog at least one day out of the week where it’s just for me.  I may do old NaBloPoMo prompts or something completely different!  Here’s to the 2017 kickoff!

NaBloPoMo 2016 prompt: When you’re having a bad day with your mental health, what do you do to help yourself?

That’s easy!  I try to relax!  Most of my bad mental health days come from stress or worry, so I do the things that help me relax: either reading or crocheting while watching a movie.  Usually does the trick!
